The Drama League Award winners were announced tonight, which appears to mark the end of a very odd awards season…marked by delays, postponements with no end in sight, show closing notices, living room celebrations and more free online performances than anyone has had time to watch.

Those who were recognized this year deserve every ounce of praise, and when the stars, producers, directors and technicians finally do return to the boards, it’ll be with a more conscious, anti-racist, and human-centric approach that’ll we think will the work even more wonderful than it had been before.

Thanks for joining us for another year, and we’ll see you on the other side!
