Named for the Broadway idol Chita Rivera, the Chita Rivera Awards celebrate dance and choreographic excellence on stage and screen. Last night, the winners for the 2024 Awards were announced at the Skirball Center for the Performing Arts.
Water for Elephants took home two prizes – one for Jesse Robb and Shana Carroll’s choreo and the other for dancer Antoine Boissereau. Hell’s Kitchen‘s choreography and The Outsiders‘ Tilly Evans-Kreuger also got nods. And this year’s Outstanding Ensemble award recipient was Illinoise. Congratulations to all!
